PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic roller which is capable of manufacturing a variety of roll bodies and is capable of aiming the reduction of the manufacturing cost and the running cost. SOLUTION: The elastic roller 1 is provided with the rotation shaft 2 and the roll body 3 equipped to the rotation shaft 2. The roll body 3 is provided with a plurality of a sheet-like elastomer 9. Each sheet-like elastomer 9 has shaft-insertion apertures 10 to which the rotation shaft 2 is inserted. A plurality of the sheet-like elastomers 9 are equipped on the outer peripheral face of the rotation shaft 2 in a laminated state along the axial center 6 by inserting the rotation shaft 2 to each shaft-inserting aperture 10.
