PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toothbrush, in which a connection mechanism between a brush portion and a handle has a simple structure for easy detachment, a head portion is rotated through 360°relatively to the handle, and the head portion is not easily moved when used. SOLUTION: For the connection method between the brush portion and the handle portion, a recessed columnar hole is provided at the center of a base portion of the brush, and a protruded columnar core is provided at the end of the handle. The hole and the core are connected with each other, so that both of detachment from each other and rotation of the brush portion are allowed. The above protruded part is fitted with a shock absorbing rubber ring at the root to cushion a mechanical shock generated at a connection part between the handle and the brush head.
