<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve ease of use by allowing the content of information stored in another card to be known while data is being inputted by opening a predetermined card. <P>SOLUTION: An image data wherein an image data indicating a card CD 3 of 'basic setting', and an image data expressing data of 'paper size' and 'print direction' which are inputted from a card CD 4 of 'paper setting' excepting the card CD 3, are synthesized, and stored as a display image data in a display image memory. Hence, an image wherein the data of 'paper size' and 'print direction' which are inputted from the card CD 4 of 'paper setting' excepting the card CD 3 are stated on the card CD 3 of 'basic setting', is displayed on a CRT. As a result, when the data is inputted by selecting the card CD 3 of 'basic setting', an operator can refer to the data to be set from the card CD 4 of 'paper setting' being the card excepting the card CD 3 from the CRT. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
