<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear actuator which can cope with not only the short stroke but also the long stroke, being able to keep its stoppage in deenergisation state and give the magnetic thrust by excitation to a moving member 5, even if a stator magnet 8 does not have strong magnetic force, by forming a favorable invariable field thanks to the smooth magnetic force transmission within a yoke 2 of a stator magnet 8 thereby collecting magnetic flux density to magnetic pole pieces 21 and 22. <P>SOLUTION: A coil 6 is divided to keep its exciting function on one hand, and a magnetic path body 7, which connects the stator magnet 8 with the yoke 2, is provided between the divided coils 6a and 6b on the other so as to transmit the magnetic force of the stator magnet 8 directly to the yoke 2 via the magnetic path body 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
