<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strap equipped with a pointing device which facilitates the input to a touch panel of portable equipment, or the like, and is excellent in maneuverability. <P>SOLUTION: This invention is the strap which is equipped with a ribbon-shaped member, a fixing mechanism, the pointing member and a loop forming mechanism. The fixing mechanism is used to fix the ribbon-shaped member to arbitrary equipment. The pointing member is disposed on the ribbon-shaped member to be movable or to be fixed. The pointing member is used for the contact with a panel surface of the touch panel.
