<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely carry products along carry-out order for efficiently performing each of object processes to be carried out. <P>SOLUTION: This product carrying system has: a main carrying route D1 for carrying products 41, which respectively has a RFID tag 40 capable of recording process history information comprising carry-out condition of processes to the last process among each of processes to be performed to the product 41, in order along the carry-out order of each of the processes; a carrying device 2 having a plurality of branch routes D2-D8 for dividing a product not satisfying the predetermined condition from the main carrying passage D1 in each of the processes; reading devices 5-10 and a reader-writer 12 arranged on a front stage side of each of diverging points P1-P7 between the branch routes D2-D8 and the main carrying rute D1 to read out the process history information inside the RFID tag 40 without contact; and a control device 36 for controlling the carrying device 2 to carry the product 41 to the branch routes D2-D8 or the main carrying route D1 on the basis of contents of the process history information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
