<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a request management system and a request management program capable of properly storing a request, which is not adopted but suspended, along with its rejection reason among requests made by a user. <P>SOLUTION: Inputted request information is stored in a request control database of a memory 11, and the request information inside the request control database is allowed to be viewed only by a person having a management right.
