<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and easily operate a graphical operation button displayed on the TV screen of a communication terminal such as a cell phone or a PDA. <P>SOLUTION: A video output part 4A displays the graphical operation button 13 and a cursor 12 on the TV screen 11 of a television set 10. The cursor 12 displayed on the TV screen 11 is imaged with a camera 2 and a signal processing part 3A detects the cursor on the basis of this imaging result. If the imaging direction of the camera 2 varies, position information for positioning the cursor 12 at the center of the image taken with the camera 2 is given to the video output part 4A.
