PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication system in which data communication can be carried out between a communication device and various terminals through a lamp line without being affected by noise. SOLUTION: In the information communication system comprising a key station, a receiver for performing communication of information with the key station, and a terminal for performing communication of information with the receiver and performing communication between the receiver and the terminal through a lamp line, communication between the receiver and the terminal is carried out when the key station is not communicating with the receiver.
