PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant oil composition for a lubricant oil exhibiting excellent high-temperature cleanliness regardless of low-level sulfur, low-level phosphorus and low-level sulfated ash. SOLUTION: The lubricant oil composition having≤0.3 wt.% sulfur content,≤0.08 wt.% phosphorus content and≤0.80 wt.% sulfated ash content contains a mixture of (a) a large amount of oil in a lubrication viscosity, and (b) an over based lubricant oil cleaner of an alkali metal alkylsalicylate having 20-25 wt.% salicylic acid soap content, or an alkaline earth metal alkylsalicylate.
