LIGHT DIFFUSION PLATE AND MIXTURE COMPOSITION OF POLYCARBONATE AND COPOLYESTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light diffusion plate excellent in mechanical physical properties such as heat resistance and moisture absorption resistance and in optical characteristics and applicable for a large-size flat display apparatus. SOLUTION: The light diffusion plate contains a transparent resin layer comprising a composition selected from a group consisting of mixture compositions of a copolyester resin and a polycarbonate resin and copolymer compositions of these resins. The plate without addition of a diffusing agent shows at least≥90% total transmittance (TT) and <1.0% haze in 2.0 mm thickness, 105 to 150°C glass transition temperature and 0.09 to 0.30 wt.% water absorptivity.
