The dome light arranged on a frame (1) has an edge (3) engaging over the frame. On the underside of the dome-light edge (3) there is located a peripheral, downwardly directed profile ring (4) consisting of a heat-insulating material. As a result of this arrangement, a cold bridge is avoided at the transition point between the dome light (2) and the frame (1) bearing the dome light. In a preferred embodiment, the profile ring is of T-shaped cross-section and, when the dome light is closed, the central T-arm of this cross-section rests on the frame (1). <IMAGE> |
