<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a submarine forest structure in which a plurality of species of fishes and shellfishes gather and live and useful seaweeds of the family Laminariaceae, etc., attach and propagate by sinking and installing the structure in the seabottom. <P>SOLUTION: The submarine forest structure 1 is composed as follows. The submarine forest structure is composed of a base 2 having legs 5 protrusively installed on the peripheral edge of a flat plate 4 provided with a plurality of holes 6 in the central part and around thereof and two kinds of cylindrical bodies 3a and 3b having different lengths.
