<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate for examination capable of conducting exactly fluorometry for determining the presence of a biochemical reaction, for example, between a probe DNA and a specimen DNA. <P>SOLUTION: Light shielding parts 16, 16 are provided along a flow passage 13 in a sideway of a graphically shown X1 side (right side) and in a sideway of a graphically shown X2 side (left side) of the flow passage 13, on a surface 11a of a plate substrate 11. Lights emitted slightly from the plate substrate 11 and a lid 12 are properly shielded by the light shielding parts 16, 16, in this manner, when measuring fluorescence intensity for determining the propriety of the reaction of the specimen, so as to enhance stability in the measurement of the fluorescence intensity with respect to each bead arrayed inside the flow passage 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
