<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small humidifying device consuming little hot water and having large capability. <P>SOLUTION: This humidifying device is provided with: a first humidifier 3a having a humidification object fluid passage 2a separated from a first humidification fluid passage 1a by a humidification film 4; and a second humidifier 3b having a second humidification object fluid passage 2b separated from a second humidification fluid passage 1b by a humidification film 4; and formed by integrating the the first humidifier 3a with the second humidifier 3b by communicating the humidification object fluid passage 2a with the second humidification object fluid passage 2b. The humidification object fluid is humidified by a first humidification fluid and thereafter humidified by a second humidification fluid, whereby the humidification object fluid can be humidified by a plurality of humidification fluids with one device and the humidification capability can remarkably be increased. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
