<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology capable of recovering power generation efficiency (cell voltage in constant gas supply condition) dropped of cell while increase in cost is suppressed, stability and reliability are maintained, and continuous operation is continued. <P>SOLUTION: Air from a compressor 6 is supplied to an oxidant electrode 3 of a cell CL through a conduit 5. When the power generation efficiency dropped of the cell CL is recovered, fuel gas is mixed to air flowing through the conduit 5 with a compressor 13 and air exhausted from an oxidant electrode 3 is mixed to the air flowing through the conduit 5 with a compressor 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
