<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device which is compact and has high dustproof effect. <P>SOLUTION: A heat-shrinkable film F having shrunk provides sealing between a lower part 4a and an upper part 4b and also provides sealing between the upper part 4b and a light shield plate 5 to deter external dust etc., from entering a mirror frame 4. Further, the heat-shrinkable film F stops the lower part 4a and upper part 4b from parting from each other and also stops the upper part 4b and light shield plate 5 from parting from each other.
