DRIVE MECHANISM FOR HYBRID VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive mechanism for a hybrid vehicle, securing a smooth mode transition while responding to a request for driving force only by changing the condition of connecting an engine to a motor when there is the request for high driving force in a continuously variable speed mode.

SOLUTION: The hybrid vehicle using the engine Eng and at least one motor as power sources is provided with a driving force combined transmission TM having a differential device in which a rotating element with the motor connected thereto is arranged at the end of one lever on an alignment chart and a rotating element with the engine Eng connected thereto is arranged inside thereof. Herein, an engine-motor direct connection travel mode is set which is input to the driving force combined transmission TM with the motor and the engine Eng connected to each other.
