PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress unpleasant trembling of a vehicle body, when an occupant get in/off a vehicle or loads/unloads baggages after turning off a vehicular ignition switch. SOLUTION: If a door opening/closing sensor Sa detects opening of a door after the vehicle is stopped and the ignition switch Sf is turned off, attenuating force control(sky-hook control) of a damper 14 corresponding to an operation state of the vehicle is executed for a predetermined period. Therefore, unpleasant trembling of the vehicle body due to getting on/off of the occupant or loading/unloading of the baggage can be suppressed by controlling the attenuating force of the damper 14. Furthermore, while the ignition switch Sf is turned of, an electric controlling unit U controlling the damper 14 need not to be energized at all the time, so that power consumption can be minimized.
