PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shrinkable polyester-based film for a label, generating very little wrinkle, shrinkage unevenness and warpage caused by the shrinkage. SOLUTION: The heat-shrinkable polyester-based film is obtained by charging different two-kind polyester resins A and B as raw materials to separated extruders A1 and B1 respectively to melt them, charging the resins A and B in molten states to a mixture to mix them, extruding the mixed product from a T-die, cooling an extruded sheet and at least monoaxially orienting the cooled unoriented sheet.
