<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a control device for hydraulic power plant that can smoothly and quickly change the operating mode. <P>SOLUTION: The control device of the hydraulic power plant comprises control means 10, 12 that generate control commands to the same control apparatus of the hydraulic power plant, and a switching control means 14 that selects the control means 10 according to the operation mode, and outputs the control command 29 to the control apparatus. The switching control means 14 comprises: a switch 16 that outputs an output signal 24 of the selected control means 10 to the control apparatus as the control command 29; a subtraction means 18 that subtracts the output signal of the control means 12 from the output signal 24 of the selected control means 10 and calculates the difference of the subtraction; and a switch 20, that switches an input signal of the control means 12 to either of an output of a normal input signal 26 or the output of the subtraction means 18, in response to an operation mode command. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
