<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decide a pass schedule of rolling so that the flatness of a rolled stock is satisfied without performing roll shift if possible in a rolling mill having roll shifting function. <P>SOLUTION: After setting rolling load and the amount of roll shift at the n-th pass, the rolling load at the (n-1)th pass is decided so that the amount of the roll shift change becomes zero or the minimum by going up reversely from the n-th pass. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
