<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mini-fountain having a timer function and a light function of changing the color of light according to a mental state by spouting water with herb tea, aroma oil and medicinal herbs dissolved. <P>SOLUTION: Herb tea, aroma oil and medicinal herbs are dissolved in water in the mini-fountain decorated as an object in a house, and water is spouted (1) to release negative ion and components of herb, aroma oil and medicinal herbs into the air. With the timer function, water with awakening herb tea, aroma oil and medicinal herbs is automatically spouted at the rising time to awake the body, water with herb tea, aroma oil and medicinal herbs of germicidal action is automatically spouted in an unmanned time zone to sterilize a room, and water with herb tea, aroma oil and medicinal herbs with a soothing effect is automatically spouted in a relaxing time zone to relax or induce sleep.
