PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a matter that a digital broadcast receiver for mobile cannot perform automatic switching to a broadcast reflecting the preference of a user at the time of transition of receiving area, for example. SOLUTION: The digital broadcast receiver for mobile comprises first and second receiving sections 103 and 105 for receiving broadcast, digital demodulating sections 127 and 128 for demodulating received broadcast to a transport stream, a section 107 for separating a separation output signal from the transport stream, a section 125 for storing switching conditions of the separation output signal being specified previously, and a section 106 for switching the separation output signal from a first output signal, i.e. the output signal of broadcast received at the first receiving section 103 and separated at the separating section 107, to a second output signal, i.e. the output signal of broadcast specified previously by the user and received at the first or second receiving section 103, 105 and then separated at the separating section 107, based on the switching conditions.
