PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light shielding sheet by which the occurrence of ghost and flare is restrained while keeping necessary thickness, and a light shielding sheet manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The light shielding sheet 1 or 2 is provided with an aperture part 1c to restrict the range of passing light, and the thickness of the light shielding sheet at the inner periphery part near the aperture part 1c is smaller than that at the outer periphery part 1b.
