PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide gas flow of various intensity by changing an open close condition of an intake control valve 20 and secure stable gas flow even when the open close condition of the intake control valve 20 is changed. SOLUTION: An intake control valve 20 includes a valve shaft 2 arranged at a passage wall proximity position of an intake air passage 13 and a valve element 23 fixed on one end part 23a of the valve shaft 22 and rotating around the valve shaft 22, and controls gas flow according to a rotation position of the valve element 23. A partition plate 24 is swingably connected to another end part 23b of the valve element 23 of the intake control valve 20 at one end part thereof and extends in a direction of flow of intake air. A link member 25 is swingably connected to the partition plate 24 at one end part 25a thereof, swings with rotating the valve element 23 of the intake control valve 20 with having a fulcrum on another end part 25b, and moves the partition plate 24 roughly along a direction of flow of intake air.
