PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a free gradient closed conduit side ditch having a blocked-up upper surface, regardless of a state where the formation of a bottom part is before or after an installation process of a gate-shaped cross-sectional side ditch, by performing light work unrequired in a construction process such as temporarily opening the upper surface, besides using a crane only when laying onto base concrete, by using the gate-shaped cross-sectional side ditch by precast concrete. SOLUTION: A fixing cover is fitted to a cover receiving opening part between upper part fixing slabs of the gate-shaped cross-sectional side ditch; and is laid while blocking up the upper surface since filling work of mortar into clearance between bottom part concrete and a side wall inner surface, is simultaneously completed in parallel to installation of a closed conduit side ditch block body, when a process of forming the bottom part concrete is precedently performed before the installation of the closed conduit side ditch block body, by using the closed conduit side ditch block body of opening the whole lower surface with the whole as one by being temporarily installed by a pressure sensitive adhesive tape so as to be capable of temporarily opening and closing when necessary without falling-off. Post-placing ready-mixed concrete input work is performed by temporarily opening the upper surface or one-sided opening of a hinge by removing a fixation of the pressure sensitive adhesive tape in post-placement of the bottom part concrete. Blocking-up and a fixation after finishing can be easily and safely performed by the light work without requiring a small carry of the fixing cover without using the crane.
