PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boss structure of an attachment, which is simple, stout, and high in productivity, and to provide a method of assembling the same. SOLUTION: The boss structure is formed of a pair of hinge plates 2a, 2b, a pair of inner boss members 7a, 7b, face portions 7e, through holes 12a, 12b, 7d, and a pair of flange members 3a, 3b. The hinge plates 2a, 2b are arranged on the attachment 20 in a manner being opposed to each other. The inner boss members 7a, 7b are secured to opposed surfaces of the respective hinge plates in a manner opposed to each other. The face portions 7e are formed in opposed surfaces of the respective inner boss members in a manner opposed to each other. The through holes 12a, 12b, 7d are coaxially formed in the hinge plates 2a, 2b and the inner boss members 7a, 7b. The flange members 3a, 3b each have a press-fitting portion 3g fitted into an axial hole 3d for allowing penetration of a pin shaft 8 and supporting the same, and the through holes 12a, 12b, 7d, from the side of the opposed surfaces and a pair of flange members 3a, 3b of the inner boss members 7a, 7b, and a flange portion 3e for allowing the face portion 7e to abut on one end face thereof and an arm 30 to abut on the other end face thereof.
