PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structural body for exterior wall panel capable of offering earthquake-resistant, durable or large-sized buildings with a low cost and easiness in construction. SOLUTION: This structural body 1 for exterior wall panel can be provided by arranging an exterior wall with the building frame fixed rigidly. This structural body 1 is built by fixing a plurality of ceramic-based sidings 3 to a backing framework 2 having vertical frames 21 and horizontal frames 22. At least, one portion of the plurality of ceramic-based sidings 3 is secured and fixed to the backing framework 2 with plural fasteners 4 located to a lower end portion 31 and an upper end portion 32. The fastening studs 4 located at the lower end portion 31 of the ceramic-based siding 3 support the lower end portion 31 and are fixed to the backing framework 2 in the linked state.
