PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor device which facilitates centering, and which has a simple constitution with an anti-coming-off function. SOLUTION: This anchor device is installed in the state of being embedded in opposed concrete constructions A and B. An elastic anchor bar 3, wherein an anchor bar 1 and an elastic material 2 are integrated with each other, is movably constituted in an outer pipe body 4. A movement position regulating member 7 is provided at the end of the outer pipe body 4 and that of the elastic anchor bar 3, so as to regulate the movement of the elastic anchor bar 3 and prevent the anchor bar 3 from coming off from the concrete constructions A and B. Since the anchor device is provided with the member 7 with the anti-coming-off function by using the simple constitution, construction including the centering of the anchor bar 1 and the like can be easily performed.
