PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological purification and circulation system toilet capable of accurately measuring an evaporated amount in an evaporating device. SOLUTION: The evaporated amount in the evaporating device 100 is calculated by using a difference between the flows of a first flowmeter 52 installed on the upstream side of the evaporating device 10 and a second flowmeter 62 installed on the downstream side of the evaporating device 10. To prevent air from being mixed in the second flowmeter 62, in an air mixing prevention unit 50, treatment water is temporarily stored in a storage tank 61. The treatment water stored in the storage tank 61 is vent. Since the vent treatment water flows to the second flowmeter 62, the air is prevented from being mixed in the second flowmeter 62. As a result, since measurement error can be prevented from occurring in the second flowmeter 62, the flow of the treatment water can be accurately measured, and the evaporated amount can be accurately calculated.
