PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with a small amount of flow, and to easily attach and detach parts. SOLUTION: A casing 1 is divided into an upper chamber 3 and a lower chamber 4 via a plate 2, a cylindrical filter 5 is provided in the lower chamber 4. The filter 5 inside serves as an introducing chamber D, and the outside serves as a discharge chamber E, and flow-water pipes P are connected to right and left upper chambers 3a, 3b formed by dividing the upper chamber 3 into two. The plate 2 is provided with a pair of flow-in valve holes 15a, 15b allowing the right and left upper chambers 3a, 3b to communicate with the inside of the cylindrical filter 5 respectively, and a pair of flow-out valve holes 16a, 16b allowing the right and left upper chambers 3a, 3b to communicate with the discharge chamber E respectively. Both of the flow-in valve holes 15a, 15b are provided with float valve elements 25a, 25b contacting/separating to/from the lower face of the plate 2 serving as a pair of check valves of the introducing chamber D, and both of the flow-out valve holes 16a, 16b are provided with float valve elements 26a, 26b contacting/separating to/from the upper face of the plate 2 serving as a pair of check valves of the discharge chamber E.
