<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of carrying out quantitative and high reliable evaluation relating to the workability of the machine operation, and its method. <P>SOLUTION: The workability evaluation device has a myogenic potential detecting section detecting time series changes of myogenic potentials of at least a set of a pair of muscles showing antagonistic activities at the time of operating the machine of the muscles used for operating the machine as myogenic potential signals, a signal processing section processing the detected myogenic potential signals, an operating section calculating the time series data of correlation factors in a time interval with a predetermined length between the signals where the myogenic potential signals of the antagonistic pare of the muscles are processed, an evaluating section evaluating the workability in the machine operation based on the calculated time series data, and an output section outputting the evaluating result by the evaluating section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
