<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical path adjusting element for realizing simplification of an optical path adjusting process, and an optical path adjusting method using the optical path adjusting element, and further, to provide an integrated optical element module for realizing higher accuracy, and a manufacturing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The integrated optical element module includes an optical function element 15 between an incident side optical fiber 11 and an exit side optical fiber 13, and includes optical path adjusting elements 100a, 100b between the incident side optical fiber and the optical function element, and between the exit side optical fiber and the optical function element, respectively.
