<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of fund operation during a month by reducing fund to be paid by the proxy clients during the month and reducing extra expenses resulting from extra fund raising. <P>SOLUTION: (1) The proxy client notifies the proxy agency of accounts payable accumulated up to a closing date in a certain period of time, and the agency provides payment information to a supplier. (2) The agency pays the supplier the client's accounts payable on a date of payment. (3) The client pays the agency the accounts paid and payment agency fees on a monthly batch settlement date. (4) The client notifies the agency of accounts receivable accumulated up to a date of collection in a certain period of time, and the agency provides collection information to a buyer. (5) The agency collects the client's accounts receivable from the buyer on the date of collection.
