<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a requirement notification system for preventing the execution of requirements from being forgotten, and for improving the convenience of a user or a server manager. <P>SOLUTION: A facility terminal 30 prepares facility information including requirements executable by a facility and the location of the facility, and transmits it to a requirement notification server 20. The requirement notification server 20 stores it in the requirement information database. A user terminal 10 prepares requirement information showing requirements to be executed by a user, and transmits it to the requirement notification server 20. The requirement notification server 20 stores it in the requirement information database. The user terminal 10 checks the current location, and transmits the location information to the requirement notification server 20. The requirement notification server 20 receives the location information, and retrieves the database, and when there is any facility capable of executing requirements to be executed by the user within a prescribed distance from the current location, gives a response with notification information showing the facility.
