<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker of which a heat sensing element is not influenced by magnetic flux, and which realizes temperature detection without delay, and cost reduction. <P>SOLUTION: The induction heating cooker comprises: an induction heating cooker main body 1; a top plate 3 covering an upper opening of the induction heating cooker main body; a circular inner winding coil 6 and an outer winding coil 7 arranged in concentric circles with a gap on a plane under the top plate; a high frequency power source 25 supplying high frequency current to the inner winding coil and the outer winding coil; a temperature detecting device 11 measuring temperature of the top plate arranged in contact with a back face of the top plate; and a heat control part 26 controlling an output of a high frequency power source depending on an output of the temperature detecting device. The temperature detecting device, composed of the heat sensing element 11a, a lead wire 11b connected to the heat sensing element, and a heat receiving cap 11c made of a conductive material, at least covering the heat sensing element, is arranged between the inner winding coil and the outer winding coil. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
