PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wavelength scanning fiber laser source capable of changing a wavelength at high speed. SOLUTION: An optical fiber loop is provided with a gain medium having a gain in an oscillation wavelength via an optical fiber to form a loop. This optical fiber loop is provided with an optical circulator 13, and the light taken out by the optical circulator 13 is enlarged by a collimate lens 22. A mirror 23 is provided on an optical axis thereof. The mirror 23 is rotated by a galvanometer 24. A diffraction grating 25 is provided to the light reflected by the mirror. The diffraction grating 25 is a Littrow configuration for reflecting the light in the same direction as an incident light. A selection wavelength changes depending on the angle of the light incident to the diffraction grating 25.
