PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage comparison circuit having a small amount of power consumption. SOLUTION: The voltage comparison circuit comprises an FET Q1 in which an input terminal IN1 is connected to the gate, an FET Q2 in which an input terminal IN2 is connected to the gate, a bistable circuit, an AND circuit G, and an FET Q11. In the bistable circuit, a pulse signalϕthat becomes a comparison strobe signal is supplied, the logic values of output terminals OUT1, OUT2 become high when the pulse signalϕis low, and the output of the AND circuit G becomes high, thus turning on the FET Q11. When the pulse signalϕis changed from low to high, the input voltages are compared, one of the output terminals OUT1, OUT2 becomes low corresponding to a relation in a level in the drain current of the FET Q1, Q2, and the output of the AND circuit G becomes high, thus turning off the FET Q11.
