PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microphone integrated KARAOKE device for starting different programs according as a memory cartridge is mounted or not mounted, and for starting the different programs according to an operation mode even when the memory cartridge is mounted. SOLUTION: This processor 51 executes a boot program BP1 or BP2 mapped to a first region of an address space when a power is supplied. A ROM 53 and an OTPROM 77 store the boot program BP1 and BP2, respectively. When a cartridge 2 is not mounted, the ROM 53 is arranged in the first region. When the cartridge 2 is mounted, and a KARAOKE mode is selected, the OTPROM 77 is arranged in the first region.
