PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design method of an oral cavity cleaning tool for reducing a design change after trial manufacturing, and for obtaining the efficiency of the design of an oral cavity cleaning tool, and for providing a product which is provided with functionality and operability excellent in actual oral cavity cleaning which has not been easily designed only by the repetition of conventional design/trial manufacturing and strength and fatigue resistance which is sufficiently resistant to its use and the oral cavity cleaning tool manufactured based on its design method. SOLUTION: The design plan of an oral cavity cleaning tool is prepared (S101), and a finite element analysis is carried out by a computer analyzing system 1 (S102), and a dynamic evaluation is carried out according to a computer-outputted analytic result (S103), and the change of a design plan (S104) or the trial manufacturing/test (S105) and the evaluation (S106) of the oral cavity cleaning tool is carried out.
