PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To repel a criminal and obstruct his escaping. SOLUTION: A remote-operable liquid sprayer 3 is incorporated in the inside 2 of a counter 1, and the spraying hole 4 of the liquid sprayer 3 is arranged at the lower part of the front 5 of the counter 1, the liquid sprayer 3 being filled with a spraying liquid containing bad-smelling components. A criminal is sprayed with the spraying liquid on the feet to repel him with bad smell and prevent the crime.
