PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate reset voltage of high voltage and to reduce production costs while reducing the number of components of a drive unit of a plasma display panel. SOLUTION: Sustain voltage (V1=Vs) is supplied from a first voltage supply part 60 to a second voltage accumulation part 602 in a setup section and the second voltage accumulation part 602 supplies voltage (Vs+Vsc) added to already accumulated scan voltage (V2=Vsc) to a ramp-up generation part 603. The ramp-up generation part 603 supplies the voltage to a driving signal output part 62 so that a signal applied to the ramp-up generation part 603 has predetermined gradient while adjusting channel width by a variable resistor VR1 installed at a gate edge of a switch Q8. The voltage applied to the driving signal output part 62 with the predetermined gradient passes through a switch Q12 and ramp-up is supplied to a panel Cp as a total. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
