PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber tape in which an intermediate separating work for a coated optical single fiber can be easily and safely performed and utilization efficiency and work efficiency of the optical fiber tape are sufficiently improved, and to provide an optical fiber cable using the optical fiber tape. SOLUTION: An optical fiber tape 10 is provided with a plurality of coated optical single fibers 11 being arranged in parallel and a jacket 12 which collectively covers the fibers 11. The jacket 12 is made of resin whose Young's modulus at 23°C is 150Mpa to 300Mpa and the thickness of the optical fiber tape is≤25μm. The optical fiber cable is provided with the optical fiber tape.
