PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Kiri core for a wooden door, which dispenses with employment of a reinforcing member, and to provide the wooden door which ensures sufficient connection to a hinge over a long period of time without using the reinforcing member. SOLUTION: The Kiri core consists of at least an odd number of Kiri plates which are connected together by special tacker needles.
