PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag that can be opened in a prescribed opening shape, can be closed so that the closed bag may become openable and closable after it is opened once, thus the opening of a bag as well as the closing and opening of the bag are facilitated after the bag is opened. SOLUTION: The bag can be opened in a prescribed opening shape, when the bag is opened and, after opened, the opening part of the opened bag is folded, held so that the opening may be closed with the folded bag part. On the outer face, are arranged at least the tape base material and the adhesive layer. On the outer face of the bag, is attached the bag-opening tape that comprises at least the tape base material and the adhesive layer in which the base material has previously formed concave part. Further, the bag-attaching site for attaching to the outer face of the bag and the bag-sealing site for sealing is closed by holding the opening part with the folded opening in layers.
