PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly safe hair-growing/restoring agent showing a high hair-growing/restoring effect. SOLUTION: The hair-restoring agent comprises at least one compound chosen from the group consisting of procainamide hydrochloride, disodium hydrogenphosphate, potassium pyrosulfite, benzenecarboxylic acid, L(+)-ascorbic acid, lanolin, vaseline, paraffin oil, glycerol, whale wax, beeswax, sodium borate, cucumber extract, adenine, guanine, uracil, cytosine, thymine, estrone, estradiol and estriol as an active ingredient.
