<p>(I) A stretch fabric which comprises elastic fibers of a crosslinked polyolefin and flame-retardant nonelastic fibers, the fabric having a constant-load elongation, as measured in the direction of stretch for the elastic fibers, of 10% or higher and a recovery, as measured in the direction of stretch for the elastic fibers, of 60% or higher, and the fabric having flame-retardant performance satisfying "flame retardancy" in the flammability grades as provided for in flammability test standard "Railway No. 81." (II) A screen base cloth which comprises elastic polyolefin fibers and nonelastic fibers, the cloth having a constant-load elongation, as measured in the direction of stretch for the elastic fibers, of 50% or higher and a recovery, as measured in the direction of stretch for the elastic fibers, of 50% or higher.</p> |
