<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory card which is advantageous in improving a data transfer speed. <P>SOLUTION: A contact piece area 20 is arranged in an opening 1414 between a plurality of partition walls 1410 arranged with spaces in a direction orthogonal to the inserting direction of a memory card 10 into a connector at the top end in the length direction (top end in the inserting direction) of the memory card 10. A plurality of contact pieces 22 are installed in the contact piece area 20 so as to be arranged in a direction orthogonal to the length direction, and so as to be extended in the longitudinal direction. The plurality of contact pieces 22 are provided with a first contact piece 24 extended to the inserting direction from the base part to top end of the contact piece area 20 and a second contact piece 26 extended along the inserting direction from the base of the contact piece area 20 to an intermediate part between the base and top end. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
