PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability about jobs and boxes more than in the conventional practice.

SOLUTION: An image forming device 1 is provided with a plurality of boxes 5, an active job database DB3 for storing job information about jobs, a job list generation part 105 for performing processing for generating and displaying a job list image for allowing a user to select any of the jobs, a related box discrimination part 106 for discriminating a box 5 related to a job selected by the user, and a data list generation part 107 for performing processing for generating and displaying a data list image being a list of files 6 stored in the discriminated box 5.
